GemuZen is an independently developed mobile puzzle game created by GemuZen Studio.

Cloud Save - means future optional synchronization of gameplay progress using authorized cloud infrastructure.

- future supported distribution platforms
Rewarded Advertisement - means an optional advertisement voluntarily viewed by the User in exchange for in-game rewards.
SDK - means a Software Development Kit integrated into the Game to provide functionality such as analytics, advertising, cloud services, security, crash reporting, or payment processing.
Services - means the Game together with all associated online or offline functionality.
User - means any individual who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Services.

This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the GemuZen Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA).

GemuZen has been designed with a privacy-conscious architecture. Whenever reasonably possible, gameplay information is stored locally on your device rather than on Developer-operated servers.

10. Information You Provide Voluntarily
Most features of GemuZen do not require you to create an account or manually submit personal information.

Most gameplay information is stored locally on your device unless synchronization features are enabled or required for online functionality.

Certain technical information may be collected automatically in order to ensure compatibility, improve stability, optimize performance, and diagnose technical issues.
Such information may include:
- device manufacturer; device model; operating system; operating system version; device language; region; country; timezone; screen resolution; screen density; processor architecture; available memory; graphics capabilities; application version; build number; unique installation identifiers; app configuration; network status; battery level (where permitted); internet connection type.

13. Advertising Identifiers
Where permitted by your device settings, operating system permissions, and applicable laws, advertising providers may collect advertising identifiers, including but not limited to:

Advertising identifiers help:

GemuZen may integrate one or more services provided through Google Firebase.
Depending on available functionality, Firebase services may include:

Firebase services assist us in:
- understanding gameplay behavior; improving stability; diagnosing crashes; improving performance; balancing gameplay; improving user experience; protecting against abuse; detecting fraud; delivering future online functionality.
Information processed by Firebase is subject to Google's applicable privacy practices.
16. Crash Reports and Diagnostic Information
When unexpected application errors occur, diagnostic information may be automatically collected.
Such information may include:
- crash logs; stack traces; memory usage; device model; operating system version; application version; performance metrics; graphics information; diagnostic events.
Crash reports help identify technical issues that may affect gameplay.
Crash reports are not intended to identify individual users.
17. Performance Information
The Game may collect limited performance-related information to improve compatibility and optimize gameplay.

18. Advertisement Interaction Data
GemuZen currently utilizes optional Rewarded Advertisements.
The Game does not currently display mandatory interstitial advertisements during normal gameplay.
Advertisement-related information may include:
- rewarded advertisement requests; rewarded advertisement completion; reward eligibility; advertisement availability; advertisement impressions; advertisement failures; advertisement fraud detection; advertisement network responses; reward validation events.
Watching rewarded advertisements is entirely voluntary.
Users choose whether to watch advertisements in exchange for optional in-game rewards.
19. In-App Purchase Information
The Game offers optional digital purchases through authorized platform payment systems.
Purchase-related information may include:
- purchase confirmation; purchase verification; transaction identifiers; purchased products; purchase status; refund status; purchase timestamps.
The Developer does not receive or store your credit card number, debit card information, banking credentials, or payment passwords.
Payment information is processed exclusively by the applicable platform provider.
20. Leaderboard Information
If online leaderboard functionality is available, limited gameplay information may be displayed publicly within the Game.
Leaderboard information may include:
- player nickname (if applicable); selected avatar; selected country flag; highest unlocked color; highest score; Weekly League position; Global Ranking position.
Leaderboard information is displayed solely for gameplay purposes.
The Developer does not intentionally publish sensitive personal information through Leaderboards.
21. Cloud Synchronization Information
Future versions of the Game may support optional cloud synchronization.
Where available, synchronized information may include:
- gameplay progress; purchased items; unlocked content; achievements; settings; avatars; themes; Collection Treasure progress; Weekly League progress; statistics.
Cloud synchronization may be provided through platform-supported services or authorized cloud infrastructure.
Availability may vary depending on platform capabilities.
22. Security Information
To maintain the integrity and security of the Services, limited security-related information may be processed.
This may include:
- fraud detection events; abnormal gameplay activity; invalid purchase attempts; advertisement abuse detection; suspicious network activity; repeated failed synchronization attempts; anti-cheat verification events; software integrity checks.
Security information is processed solely for maintaining fair gameplay, preventing abuse, protecting users, and safeguarding the Services.
23. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Unless specifically introduced in future versions of the Game, GemuZen does not intentionally collect the following categories of personal information:

The Game does not currently include forced interstitial advertisements during normal gameplay.
D. Payment Providers - Payments are processed exclusively through authorized platform payment systems including:

We do not receive or store payment card numbers, banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
E. Cloud Infrastructure Providers - Where cloud synchronization becomes available, authorized cloud providers may process gameplay information solely for synchronization, storage, backup, and restoration purposes.

Where cloud synchronization becomes available, synchronized gameplay information may remain stored until deleted by the User, removed according to platform policies, or deleted pursuant to applicable retention schedules.
Information that has been anonymized or aggregated may be retained indefinitely because it no longer identifies an individual.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information processed through the Services.
Security measures may include, where appropriate:

35. Advertising Choices
GemuZen currently provides optional Rewarded Advertisements only.
The Game does not currently display mandatory interstitial advertisements during normal gameplay.
Where supported by your operating system and applicable law, you may control advertising preferences by:
- resetting your Advertising ID; disabling personalized advertising; using your device privacy settings; responding to consent requests where presented; adjusting App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permissions on Apple devices.
Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily prevent advertisements from appearing.
Instead, advertisements may become less relevant to your interests.
36. Children's Privacy
GemuZen is designed for a general audience.
The Services are not intentionally directed toward children under the age of 13, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law within a particular jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as practicable.
