GemuZen Studio ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects all Users, visitors, partners, and third parties to do the same.
This Copyright Notice and Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy explains:
- ownership of intellectual property relating to GemuZen; permitted and prohibited uses; opyright infringement reporting procedures; procedures for submitting DMCA notices; rocedures for submitting counter-notifications; repeat infringement policy.
This Policy applies to:
- the GemuZen Game; the official website; downloadable content; promotional materials; social media content; software; artwork; documentation; all related services operated by GemuZen Studio.
2. Ownership of Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all original content contained within GemuZen is owned by or licensed to GemuZen Studio.
This includes, without limitation:
- software code; gameplay mechanics; game systems; original artwork; UI/UX design; interface layouts; logos; branding; trade dress; original icons; original avatars; collectible card layouts; animations; visual effects; sound design; music compositions; written text; translations; databases; documentation; promotional materials; website content.
All applicable intellectual property rights remain reserved.
Nothing contained in this Notice transfers ownership of any intellectual property to any User.
3. Third-Party Materials
Certain materials incorporated into the Game may originate from third-party creators and licensed content providers.
Such materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their applicable license terms.
Nothing contained in this Notice claims ownership over third-party licensed content.
4. Limited License
Subject to compliance with the Terms of Use, Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use GemuZen solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not permit Users to:
- copy Game assets; redistribute Game assets; extract artwork; modify graphics; reverse engineer code; create derivative games; commercialize Game assets; resell Game content; upload Game resources to asset marketplaces; mint NFTs using Game assets; train Artificial Intelligence models using Game assets without written authorization.
Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
5. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available through GemuZen infringes your copyright, you may submit a written Copyright Infringement Notice.
The notice should include:
- your full legal name; your contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material; sufficient information allowing us to locate the material; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized; a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate; your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
6. DMCA Notice
If applicable, copyright complaints may be submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

7. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification.
The Counter-Notification should include:
- your full name; your contact information; identification of removed material; a statement made under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court where required by applicable law; your signature.
We reserve the right to forward Counter-Notifications to the original complainant.
8. Repeat Infringement Policy
GemuZen Studio reserves the right, where appropriate, to suspend or terminate access for Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
We may also remove infringing materials without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
9. User-Generated Content
GemuZen currently does not permit Users to upload:
- images; audio; videos; documents; custom avatars; custom artwork; custom music; user-created levels.
If future versions introduce User-generated content, additional copyright procedures may be implemented.
10. Trademarks
"GemuZen", the GemuZen logo, associated branding, slogans, interface designs, and related marks are trademarks or unregistered trademarks of GemuZen Studio unless otherwise indicated.
Nothing contained in this Policy grants permission to use such marks without prior written authorization.
11. Fair Use
Nothing contained in this Policy is intended to restrict any rights that may exist under applicable copyright exceptions, including fair use, fair dealing, quotation rights, educational exceptions, or similar legal doctrines recognized by applicable law.
12. Artificial Intelligence
Certain portions of GemuZen may have been created or refined with the assistance of Artificial Intelligence technologies.
Regardless of the tools used during development, all original creative selection, integration, modification, arrangement, and publication decisions are made by GemuZen Studio.
Nothing in this Notice grants permission to reproduce or reuse AI-assisted content outside the Game.
13. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted by GemuZen Studio are reserved.
No license shall be implied by estoppel, legal interpretation, or otherwise.
14. Changes to This Notice
GemuZen Studio may update this Copyright Notice and DMCA Policy from time to time.
Changes may occur due to:
- legal developments; platform requirements; business changes; technological developments; intellectual property updates.
Material revisions will become effective upon publication of the updated version.
